Links/Logos

JMAWEB encourages links to its Internet site. Any link to JMAWEB's Internet site from a different site must conform to the following rules:

1. Unless JMAWEB provides you with prior authorization in writing, any link to JMAWEB's Internet site must use the following logo:

JMAWEB grants you a limited license to use these logos, but does not transfer title in these logos to you.

2. The above logo may only be used as an active link to JMAWEB's Internet site at http://www.jmaweb.com/

3. You may not use the above logo to imply that JMAWEB has sponsored or endorsed your Web site without receiving the prior written permission of JMAWEB.

4. You may not alter the above logo in any way, including proportions or colors and may not animate or morph the logo to change their appearance.

5. You may not use the logo on any site which, in JMAWEB's sole opinion, disparages JMAWEB or its products or services.

6. The above logo may only be used on Web pages which, in JMAWEB's sole opinion, make accurate references to JMAWEB or its products and/or services. The logo must be placed on the same page as the reference to JMAWEB and as close to the reference as feasible.

7. JMAWEB may, in its sole discretion, terminate your right to use the logo at any time. JMAWEB may take action against any use of the logo that does not conform to these policies or that infringes any right held by JMAWEB and will actively seek the recovery of any costs it may incur preventing any such misuse or damages that may result from such misuse.

Other Logos and Graphics
No logos or graphics other than those listed in the "Links" section of this "Logos and Links" page may be used without the prior written approval of JMAWEB. Any unauthorized use of any materials contained on JMAWEB's Internet site may result in criminal or civil penalties and JMAWEB will actively seek the recovery of any costs and damages it may incur preventing the misuse or misappropriation of its property.
